Summary
When it comes to Hero City, Dragon Boy would rank District 45 as possibly the least exciting place to be stationed for a mission. After a week of mind-numbing peace and quiet, Dragon Boy's attempt to help a 12-year-old Xin Ya backfires and plunges her into Fear, an adversary neither of them has faced. Forced to team up with MG's revitalized star, E-Soul, Dragon Boy works to uncover a scheme involving District 45, Fear, and the return of someone presumed dead. All the while, he races against the clock to bring Xin Ya back home safe.
What starts as clash of ideals morphs into an unlikely connection between the MG duo, as E-Soul inadvertently helps Dragon Boy come to terms with what it means to be a hero.
