It’s day 45.
The Wild Card Battle Back competition is held in a dark box out in the backyard. It features the seven contestants eliminated in the pre jury phase, and basically is a covered version of the Pressure Cooker challenge that was last featured on Big Brother 6.
The only way for the HouseGuests to watch the comp is through the TV in the living room, all neon green with the night vision coloring. Given the long nature of this type of comp, production told them they only had to watch the first hour, and then could disperse.
Chigiri parks himself on the couch, watching the TV through his fingers.

Benched for a couple months due to a concussion, Aki Hayakawa is living his own personal level of hell. He can't practice with his team, can't run drills, can't risk taking any hits.
His coach manages to pull a few strings, getting him access to a nearby figure skating rink for some exercise during his off-time. He also, unfortunately, includes non-optional figure skating lessons from a local figure skating hotshot.
It's just really unfortunate that Angel is pretty. Makes it hard to ignore the fact that he's an asshole.
