Unable to reject, he brings his other bandmates along to go see his group. Little did he know, the members of Venti's group and his band were bound to have or had history.
In other words, just another way to write haikaveh angst, cynari fluff, kazuscara...well just kazuscara and xiao simping for venti all bundled into one story.

He tried not to let too much pride go to his head when Xiao nodded. He took a moment to inspect him, an eyebrow raising. “Do you know how to play the piano?”
Xiao glanced at him, then looked back down again. “I tried learning once, but I only know how to play the flute.”
“It’s never too late to learn.”
