“What’s so funny, kid?” Eraser asked, more curious than confused. He tapped his fingers against the solid concrete as he waited for an explanation.
“I just don’t see it,” Karma replied, his gaze falling back down to meet the hero’s. “He goes to the top Hero School in the world. He’s more heroic than I’ll ever be. Plus, I’m not that reckless,” he argued.
“That stabbing from a few weeks ago tells me otherwise,” Eraser countered, making Karma roll his eyes.
“It was a mild graze!” Karma exclaimed defensively. “And it’s not my fault I panicked after seeing the hostage,” he added as he crossed his arms and pouted dramatically.
“You’re unbelievable,” Eraser sighed, making Karma laugh at his resignation.
(or, after the events of the Sports Festival, Izuku, aka Karma, tries to find ways to get stronger. How that leads to him living a secret double life? He had no idea, but hey, he might as well enjoy it!).
