  Summary

  After being abducted in the mountains, aspiring racer Takeshi Hongo is turned into a modified bio-mechanical soldier by the underground organization of Shocker. Now after being saved by a defecting scientist, Takeshi Hongo fights their evil schemes and stop Shocker from committing their terrors.
