It was two years after the war and Konoha was experiencing some growing pains. You were a mail carrier transferring there from Iwagakure and everything was going according to plan. You were preparing yourself to learn a new route, introduce yourself to new faces, and start a new life. Except, you received a notice to meet with the Hokage first.
Lord Sixth had other intentions for your quiet life. He wanted you to deliver packages to one person, and one person only. Hidden away in the woods surrounding the city, where legends warned of a man–or beast–of pure evil lurked. One who was the harbinger for Konoha’s misfortune. One whose hands were stained blood red for all eternity. One who stole the countless lives of parents, children, brothers, sisters, friends, and neighbors in one fell swoop two years ago.
