Jinx yanks on her braids, “Ugh!”

.Jayce drops to his knees, snatching one of the stray pages up. He comes to the same conclusion quickly. “How?”
“She’s a genius!” Viktor whispers, ecstatic.
If her intellect was on this level...
He looks at the blast doors that keep Hextech a secret from the world. The possibilities suddenly become endless.
“Oh god. She’s a genius” Jayce buries his head in his arms, ”Not another one”

Everybody moved forward. Achieving their dreams, completing their bucket lists, graduating college, getting jobs. So did Mike, he moved forward. With a piece of mind that El is alive and safe. Away from the bastards who’d try to use her in anyway possible. Use the the one person who hates war and bloodshed, to start more war and bloodshed.
Despite the countless advices and consolations, Mike kept firm in his theory of her survival. One most gave up about. Even her parents. So, Mike keeps a secret he never disclosed. The fact he’d been writing letters to her. Sending them monthly exactly on the 6th to a place where three waterfalls exist, in a far away land, away from monsters.
Until he received a letter, from the same recipient he’d so obsessively written letters to for five years without expecting one in return. But he did.
