Bookmarker's Notes
“ "Ivan!" Alfred called, dodging a slalom of holiday travellers, arms akimbo until they curled around Ivan's waist. Ivan only had time to drop his bags before he was up, surprised peep of a laugh escaping as Alfred spun him as easily as he might one of Ivan's prima ballerinas.
The first time Alfred had done this, Ivan had frozen up in the middle of the airport. Slack-jawed and blindsided, he'd watched for a good five minutes as Alfred sputtered and backtracked, apologizing and obviously hoping to God that he hadn't already fucked up their fledgling relationship.”
Cute established relationship fluff, sweet supportive Alfred, slowly defrosting Ivan

Summary
“Okay, don’t panic.” Alfred says, mostly for himself. “Do not panic.” He repeats again.
“Don’t panic?” Matthew says after him, eyes widening. His own voice is now far too un-Canadian for his liking. “Don’t fucking panic?”
[AKA: It all started with a spilled bottle of wine. Alfred and Matthew have swapped bodies, and Alfred finds it harder and harder to keep his secrets, well, secret.]

Summary
“I’ve got it under control.” Alfred says after a long time, moving Ivan’s hand away finally. “You don’t need to worry about me, you know.” Ivan folds his arms in response, still frowning.
“I do not believe you.” Ivan says, biting his lower lip. And Ivan knows that Alfred is very aware of that fact.
[AKA: Sequel to Abracadabra. Alfred's issues are finally out in the open.]

Summary
"Fathers, provoke not your children to anger, lest they be discouraged."
Alfred Kirkland, in blissfully ignorant moments, forgot that he had a father. He's grown accustomed to living alone--as much as he hates it--and he's used to the guilt that gnaws at his soul for the growing resentment he feels towards the man. All of that changes one day in 1764 when Arthur Kirkland reappears after a six-year-long absence.
