Summary
Bagginshieldtober fic.
AU in which Thorin claims the Arkenstone after entering Erebor and grows increasingly possessive of Bilbo. Bilbo stays away for three days, hoping the distance might help. It doesn’t.When he finally returns, their reunion gets rather heated, but Thorin is still far from forgiving him. What begins as Thorin teasing Bilbo by leading him through his Mountain soon takes a darker turn when Erebor itself seems almost haunted, as though something has begun to stir within it.
