Summary
On a random day Kaveh stumbles in a bookshop, immediately taken in by the seemingly indifferent deaf owner. Using his broken Sign Language he somehow manages to steal the heart of Alhaitham, a young bookshop owner who lives alone with his sister. Awkward pining and cuteness ensues. Guess it's time for Kaveh to brush up on his sign language skills.

Summary
When Alhaitham gets to the hospital, Cyno is throwing up.
Somehow, that’s the thing that makes everything inside him come to a screeching halt.
He had hoped, some desperate and hopeful part of him, that maybe it would be okay. Maybe he would be fine, and they could go home and leave it all in the past. He was just getting checked up at the hospital. He was fine.
The sight of Cyno, hunched over, retching horribly as he cried, finally crushes the hope left in Alhaitham’s chest.At the end of the day, Alhaitham has always been at Kaveh's side, to weather each storm.

Summary
“There was an incident in one of Amurta’s latest projects,” the matra finally explained once they entered the labs. There were much less people inside. “It was a joint project between Amurta and Spantamad, focusing on ley lines and the effect they have on aging. The Scribe was interested in the subject, so he came to view the experiment. It was only meant to be done on some plants, but proper safety measures weren’t met. The Scribe tried to enforce the correct measures, but their argument led to a misfire of the project.”
Kaveh hadn’t felt his heart race more since he realized he’d ruined his friendship with Alhaitham back as a student. “A-and? Is Alhaitham okay?”--
