    Dressing up as Selina Kyle wasn’t the weirdest thing Tim had ever done, but it had to be at least in the top 20.

    But Jason had asked him for some backup on a case involving an arms dealer that was NOT Bat-friendly, so showing up in his Red Robin suit was a no go. And out of all of Hood’s potential allies, Selina was the only one close to Tim’s height and build. So here he was, wearing head-to-toe black latex and cat ears.

    To his surprise, Jason doesn't seem to mind.

    In which Tim gets stabbed due to his adoptive brother’s incompetence, mocked by his adoptive father’s biological spawn, blackmailed by tech support as well as his ex-girlfriend, and finally both rescued and kidnapped by his adoptive brother’s brother – crime lord by trade, nuisance by nature. He should really try to be a bit less excited about that last part.

    Excerpt:
    “Please hold the line,” Tim said in his most monotone voice, tapping the side of his domino to switch to heat vision. “The person you are heckling is currently bleeding the fuck out.”
    “Have you tried applying pressure?”
    “When this is over, I’ll come over and apply pressure to your larynx.”
    It was kind of hard to hear over the sound of Damian rapidly whacking another drone with the hilt of his katana, but Tim was pretty sure that Jason made a noise like a revving engine. “Don’t threaten me with a good time,” he said.
