Summary
Izuku stares at the brightly colored pamphlet that Inko presses into his hands.
Two random people who he doesn’t know smile plastically up at him, the words Quirkless Doesn’t Mean Worth Less! stamped above their heads in a rounded, bubbly font. Something about it turns his stomach and makes acid burn at the back of his throat.
He cringes and looks up at his mom, but Inko only nods. With a wobbly smile, she gestures encouragingly for him to open the pamphlet.
Before receiving One for All, Izuku is taken by a cult that's been using "quirkless support groups" as fronts to kidnap quirkless people. Things go badly.

People, bad people, want to know. And the lengths they'll go to acquire such knowledge are limitless.

[Permanent Hiatus.]
All For One was obsessed with One For All. He hunted down each and every one of the holders with the intent to kill, but even then it was all for naught. He spent so much time trying to destroy it, that he didn’t even realize what it was becoming.
No matter how many times he tried to get rid of it, One For All always evaded him and continued to grow. If this kept going, All For One knew that he would be outmatched by it.
He learned a very important lesson that day. One that would soon change the world as he knew it.
If he couldn’t stop One For All, then...
...maybe he could find a way to control it instead.
(Or: All For One is hellbent on puppetizing One For All and using its power to reform Japan. But once he realizes that Izuku Midoriya, the ninth and current wielder of this ancient quirk, holds the key to not only understanding his mysterious connection to the quirk, but its true potential, the man feels that he has no other choice but to abduct him.)
