Summary
With this being the hero course’s last year in U.A., class 3a and 3b decide to put on a play for the annual School Festival. So, naturally, they went ALL OUT! Deciding on the casting and then rehearsing all year long as our play’s romantic leads (one who was dragged into it by an incredibly stubborn redhead) struggle to avoid their romantic tension both on set and off, trying to protect the fragile bond between them that the war had left.
Or
Bakugo Katsuki, Odysseus, doesn’t know what to do with how he feels about his best friend being his love interest in the play, wishing it was true, and is scared his feelings will destroy whatever was left after the war.
And Kirishima Eijirou, Penelope, ever the oblivious one, is trying to get as close as ever to his best bro in hopes of protecting that unbreakable title of “best friend”.

His best friend marched right up to his prone form, and practically yanked him to his feet in mere seconds before he could even blink. “I’m right fuckin’ next door, you dolt! You could’ve asked me to give you a hand.”
The heaviness which had been relentlessly battling his head this entire morning dissipated as quickly as the flip of a switch

Kirishima takes a breath. He realizes, suddenly, that he’d stopped altogether, and gulps in the next several inhales as he hits the streets at a hurried pace. The babble keeps up, the voices change, but no one is talking. He can hear them like they’re speaking directly into his ears, but the lips that move don’t match up with the words.
It hits him: He’s not hearing their voices, then. A sick feeling curls in his guts.
