As the changes came, her life adapted. Masks, gloves, and health checks. But there was one change she couldn’t ignore.

It was a big blonde man, with light blonde hair and tanned skin, his hands were scarred but held a stuffed toy lightly in his hand. Sunny couldn’t see his face or much else but she could see his bag. The bag he pulled open as a small little boy popped his head out, black curly locks with black skin, bright red eyes, more than two of them and sharp fangs. The child’s body had two extra arms and wore the cutest fleece sweater with shorts. He chittered happily, skittering into the man’s lap.
Sunny stared, mesmerised by the sight. She’d never seen another hybrid before.
They knocked on the glass, watching as the spider looked up at her, and she smiled.

“Are you, what, actually not a part of this?” not-Dream asked, tiling his head and studying Tommy’s face, his expression. “Shoot. Guess not. Um. Okay, then.” He raised a hand, and took off his mask, revealing his face in a smooth motion that made Tommy’s heart jolt. “Nice to meet you, mysterious visitor. I’m Dream. Welcome to the Hunt.”

Or, after an accidental portal disaster, Tommy ends up on a Server far from the Dream SMP, and meets three hunters whose only objective seems to be killing Dream, and a much different version of Dream, whose only objective seems to be staying alive. “He needs a home.” Ranboo said, turning back to Philza. He knew Phil’s weakness. The guy was a family man and he wouldn’t hesitate to adopt anyone who needed it.
“I’m sure we have some room for you inside. You can stay with us if you want.” Phil smiled at him.
Both Ranboo and Tommy turned to Dream hopping and giving him welcoming smiles. Dream looked at them before turning his attention to Phil. “That’d be great. If you have me.”
After the Benchtrio finds a Warden down in the dark depths of a cave, they invite him to the surface and show him their homes where they hope he can find a family.
