(This is a side story and extremely loosely connected with the main. Do not need to do any prior reading for it as it’s kind of its own separate thing.)
XB-143 is your average, everyday drone—straight from Shockwave’s latest assembly line (well, as “latest” as it gets compared to the older models).
Since his onlining, life’s been predictable: wake up, get beat up by Autobots, crawl back to the ship. Rinse and repeat.
It’s not glamorous, but it’s fine. At least it’s simple….Until it isn’t."Graaaahhhh!" The monster in the room roars, swinging its head wildly. "GRaaaaahhhh!"
Behind the monster, the drone spots what looks like the same human baby he saw hours ago—clinging to its tail.
And just like that, XB-143’s boring existence spirals into an unwilling journey of parenthood. With monsters. Because, of course, that’s exactly what he needed

Summary
Time and time again, Starscream would try to overthrow his leader, get foiled, and end up in the medbay. At least, that’s how things usually went.
One day, during battle, the seeker tries again, confident this time he’ll succeed. Of course, his plan goes wrong—again. Normally, this would be the part where Starscream retreats to nurse his wounds—
—but there’s one problem.
Somehow, he’s stuck in human form—and saddled with the role of a magical girl?! Yeah, Primus must really hate him.
Unfortunately, that isn't his biggest problem as Starscream finds himself being pulled further entangled into something that would have been better left alone.

Shockwave is already waiting for him. The room is clean— Shockwave has already verified beforehand, but he does not mind that Soundwave takes another two kliks to secure the room again, just in case. It is logical to independently check conclusions. That is, after all, why this meeting is taking place.
Finally, Soundwave nods. He begins to speak. “Evidence: viewed?”
“Indeed,” Shockwave confirms. “As you said, it was all circumstantial. But on the basis of the sheer mass of data you have provided, I choose to believe that your conclusions are… not unreasonable."

Through a certain series of events, Shockwave comes to the conclusion that Starscream is trying to seduce Megatron! There's only one logical way for Shockwave to avert total disaster: he has to seduce Starscream first!Bookmarked by ReaderBookworm
