John still felt Lemar’s absence every single day, sometimes counting the minutes in the dead of night, running the scene over and over until the sun rose. Too slow, too sloppy, distracted, careless. His fault.
Or, it’s been three years since Lemar Hoskins, Battlestar, best friend of John Walker, was killed. And John isn’t handling it very well.
