Ed stared up at the ceiling, remembered the scientist with the gold tooth, and shuddered at the image his brain conjured of the Lieutenant lying on the floor. "But Mei helped her! So, they're sharing a room - the Colonel and Hawkeye, I mean, not Mei, 'cause the Colonel can't use his hands yet, so she's helping him..."
"His hands?" Ed tried to remember.
"It's how they forced him to do it," Al whispered. "They pinned him down so he couldn't move."
Ed fought back nausea. The sense of wrong, wrong, wrong pervaded every sense of his being. How the fuck was any of that equivalent exchange?'

Ron Weasley dies at the Battle of Hogwarts. Death comes to collect him but instead of finality, he offers a wager over a chess. If Ron wins, he may go back and change everything.
Ron wins and respawns as his six-year-old self.
Unfortunately, that self comes with war flashbacks, a front row seat to how badly everything went the first time, and the deeply unpleasant realisation that his entire family is basically walking into a slaughterhouse if he doesn’t intervene.

His breath escaped him in a hiss, his earlier shock a mere shadow in comparison to the force of the new blow that struck him when his gaze met the wide eyed stare of his fourteen year old self.
Not many people get a second chance to make things right. Fewer still get a third or fourth. When Hiro is given a second chance to save his brother he finds out that second chances are not what they are cracked up to be.

Summary
When Krei decided making a new and improved version of the portals that had led to so much death was a good idea, Big hero 6 tried to stop him. But things go wrong, the portal gets activated, and Hiro gets sucked in. Now back as his 14 year old self, he has to right all the wrongs and save the people who died. But seeing the brother he’d been mourning for years alive again brought back all the pain he thought he’d moved on from, and Tadashi’s just worried for his weird little brother.
Honestly, action and superhero stuff isn’t gonna be a big part of this, Hiro’s gonna take care of it all pretty early on and then the story’s just gonna focus on the emotional aspect of it with Hiro trying to deal with being back in the past and the pain of it all. Lots of angst. Enjoy!
NOT, I repeat, NOT SHIPPING THEM! THEY ARE BROTHERS, AND IF U SHIP THEM U R NOT WELCOME HERE. THAT IS SO FRUCKING GROSS THEY ARE BROTHERS!

The pain of losing Tadashi all too fresh in his mind, his friends inability to understand how he feels, his own inability to ask for help, it all becomes too much for Hiro. So he kills himself. Only to wake up a year in the past. He knows he has to save Tadashi, but with his mental health in shambles, that, along with most other things, becomes a difficult task. Will he be able to do it? Will he be able to let go of his past life and focus on the now, or will his pain follow him through time? Read to find out!

Robin Buckley is going insane.
She’s sat on the couch with Nancy Wheeler stood behind her carefully cutting away chunks of black hair from her singed scalp where she’d nearly lit herself on fire. In her defence, holding the flame thrower was Steve’s job, but Mr Hair had been nursing a dislocated shoulder for the last couple weeks, and Robin was nominated to pick up on his sloppy seconds. The thing was heavy, okay? How could any one expect her, a 120lb mess of gangly limbs and zero hand eye coordination to wield (what felt like at least) 200lbs of pure steel? She’s only partially to blame for her new, frankly horrific, pixie cut.
Surprisingly though, that’s not the reason she’s going insane.
She’s sat on a moth eaten couch in a horrifically serial-killer-esque cabin in the middle of butt fuck nowhere with several generations of people she would’ve turned on her heel and ran from in high school, spending her every waking hour trying to survive the literal apocalypse or devising a plan to kill an alternate dimensional blood thirsty wizard and it has nothing to do with why she is going insane.
It’s the two teenage boys preparing dinner to her left that are the cause.

Will doesn’t remember when he began slipping off the side of the roof. “Will, — Will,” Mike murmurs, and Will melts at the sheer familiarity of his name on Mike’s mouth, “come inside. You’ll hurt yourself.”
His heels won't move from where they’ve dug into the roof, despite Mike’s persistent tugging. All at once, he’s washed over with guilt. He shouldn’t be here. He’ll hurt him.
“Please,” Mike adds, the single syllable addictive and slow, like honey.
It’s embarrassing how fast Will folds.
Will wakes from a nightmare on the other side of town. He finds going home is easier said than done.

To see Will's face contorted in horror, his eyes brimming with tears, his thin frame shaking was horrible. Joyce would hold Will as he shook, sobbing soothing words quietly into his hair. Jonathan felt helpless, unsure of what to do, how to make it better, unsure of how to protect his little brother and chase away those fears.

“Take me,” he repeated, his voice still shaky, but he held Vecna’s gaze. “Take me instead of Holly. I’ll come to you. I won’t fight. Just finish it already.”
