Summary
Shadow overhears a conversation between Sonic and Amy that hints at a part of Sonic's past he's never heard about. The revelation unsettles Shadow deeply, sparking a storm of internal thoughts. What happened? Does Shadow need or deserve to know? Does Sonic not trust him?
Even worse, Shadow has to face the fact that in the past, he hurt someone he loves in the present.
OR, does anyone think about Shadow having guilt about them fighting when they were rivals if they're now lovers, especially if those fights did damage?

Summary
The Wachowski's are waiting in the hospital for Tom to get discharged. It is a stressful time for all of them. It gets a little more stressful for Tails when Maddie begs him to merely hold Sonic's paw while she's away answering the doctor's questions. Tails agrees, and he finds himself holding onto a weirdly panicked Sonic.
After Sonic disappears into the bathroom for too long, Knuckles volunteers to check on him. He knows something is wrong the moment he smells blood.

Summary
Foxes start molting when the weather gets warmer. Tails is leaving a mess everywhere as he molts, so he goes to do it far in the forest. This concerns Maddie and Sonic when it starts raining. Sonic goes to bring him back, and Maddie helps him with the molting process. She assures him that there isn't a mess he could make that would be too much for her.
