Summary
Three years after his resurrection, Jason Todd did what he set out to do: kill the Joker. He’s hellbent on purging Gotham City of its injustices—and he’s alienated himself from his family, leaving Laura, a childhood friend, in the dark about his return.
After Joker’s murder, Gotham persists in the way it always does—fevered or iced in, it ardently pursues its depravity & chaos.
Jason stalks the city’s underbelly, hunting down the embers of a drug war he unwittingly helped ignite. The fires the Joker started are still burning—and they rise against the Red Hood’s wrath. Meanwhile, something sinister is bleeding back into circulation: fear toxin is lacing the Joker’s 'Candy'—like a sick, last-laugh.
Laura Bailey works as a children’s librarian at Gotham Public Library. She used to feel—now, she does her best to numb it away. She tries not to remember the boy who came into her life like a storm back at Gotham West High—or how he left it, grievously, two years later by the hands of a psychotic clown.
She doesn’t know he’s alive.
He doesn’t seem intent on telling her.But when terror resurfaces in Gotham, the past won’t stay buried—and neither will what’s always existed between them.

Summary
“Willow, I want you to be a teacher for Crime Alley’s kids.”
“What?!”
“Over half of the kids in the Alley can’t go to school, either because their parents can’t afford or don’t care for it, or because they’re homeless. And those who can go often don’t bother, especially teens, because they prefer to work, or because they struggle too much at school due to not fitting in, not having the stuff needed or not having anyone to help them with their difficulties. I want to create a place in the Alley, where the kids who go to school can get the help they need for their homework, and where the kids who don’t can get a free education. I know that for the latter, I can’t realistically expect you to cover everything a normal school does, but whatever you can teach them will already be a lot more than they would have had access to otherwise. You in?”
“I’m in.”
Or, Jason meets a girl and, together, they open a school in Crime Alley for the street kids.
Or, Jason deserves a break for once and gets it by being an amazing teacher.Bookmarked by RobbyKeenedeservesbetter

Summary
Imogen Evans is a 22-year-old registered nurse in Gotham thanks to an accelerated program funded by Wayne Enterprises for a city always in need of more medical staff. Imogen is overworked, stressed, avoiding her past, and recently found out she’s pregnant, but she’s got a roof over her head so that’s something.
Her already rather chaotic life gets turned upside down when Red Hood breaks into the clinic one night, bleeding and concussed and definitely in need of serious medical attention. It’s not long before certain bats and birds well-known in Gotham start showing up. And since Imogen took off Red Hood’s helmet so he could, you know, breathe, she happens to now know that Red Hood is Jason Todd, part of the Wayne family. And when you start comparing Waynes to vigilantes, things add up.
Imogen finds herself being absorbed into the Bat Family when they begin regularly visiting with minor wounds since she stocks lollipops and fun band-aids. Soon she starts spending time at the Wayne Manor, especially after patrols. Also, she and Jason keep circling each other, teasing and sarcastic and drawn together.
tl;dr : The Batfam gets a new medic, and Jason is accidentally falling for said medic.

Summary
In Gotham a 24/7 fast food joint, or a bar that serves meals all night long is pretty standard. However those places tend to be in the “nicer” parts of town, and definitely don't do deliveries. Especially at night.
So obviously there's a market for a night time delivery service that will bring you your food *anywhere* in the city. That's where Dyzzy plans to make their fortune, after all, a delivery job can be pretty easy to run if you're a meta who can teleport.
Or
A way too cheerful teenager gets adopted by the batfam, most gangs, and several villains for willingly venturing into war zones and climbing buildings to get them their food.
