Mattholomule wasn’t a complicated witch, not in his opinion atleast. Atleast, not until the Day of Unity. With the Draining Spell done and the collectors spies spying, he and Jerbo had been out near the tide near the side towers, practicing spells when Matt had been pushed through a time pool by a large blast just before the tide came in. Oddly enough, the magic seemed to stick him in his past body instead of by himself separately.
Stuck in the past for the foreseeable future, with no knowing what repercussions it could have on the future, he might as well try to actually figure out what he’s trying to do, right?

I know this isn’t how time pools work but I genuinely don’t care, I’m bored as hell and writing a fanfiction to deal with my Gustholomule drought.
