Summary
➺ Mickey doesn't understand why he still feels a sense of loyalty towards his father, not when he had hurt him and Ian so many fucking times. He doesn't understand why, even married, he still finds himself wanting to negate the fact that he's gay. It's time to fucking let go, and he knows it. It's just a lot easier said than done.
OR: How I wish the Terry storyline had gone (and the missing scene between Liam and Mickey we should've gotten).

Bookmarker's Notes
“ Despite everything—despite all he had been through for love—he almost said how he wasn’t one. He almost—and the realization itself made his eyes burn—negated the amazing, wonderful man that was patiently waiting in the hallway for him. ” stfu

Summary
“We’ve never actually been on a real date.”
Mickey scrunched up his eyebrows in doubt. “Bullshit.”
“No, I’m serious. Like…” Ian was talking fast now, fueled by a cocktail of alcohol and adrenaline. “Like, a date where you sit down, you go to a nice restaurant, you put on a nice shirt. You, like, eat. With utensils.”
“You wanna do that?” Mickey asked, voice lilting with skepticism.
“Yeah. Why not?”
//
Or, what if Ian and Mickey never crossed paths with Sammie that night? What if they had gone on that date they had planned?
a fluffy rewrite of 05x10, because Ian and Mickey deserve happiness, and so do you.

Summary
Sue couldn't believe it when she got the call a mere ten minutes ago, altering the team that there had been a shooting in the Southside and that there was a man in need of immediate medical attention because of an...accidental ass wound? And she definitely couldn't believe it when she arrived on the scene and saw Ian Gallagher standing next to the wounded, looking better than ever.
Well, this was going to be interesting.OR: Sue meets Mickey and finally sees Ian after all these years :)
