A growl erupting from her throat as she grabbed for the crossbow kept on her hip, setting her sights on where the metallic plates vibrated strongest and catching a glimpse of what she was searching for. A shadow lain across the water, vibrant red barely peaking from beneath the rocky coverage.
Arms going steady, Chloe takes a deep breath in. Left eye locking shut as she aims, arm swaying slightly as she spots red and black barely peaking outside of the beast's cover. Letting out a slow breath as the crossbow recoils against her shoulder, knocking her backwards, weight falling onto her left foot as she rocks back against it, the metal vibrating intensely for a mere moment before going completely still.

"Shit," she mumbles falling onto the floor as she looks under her bed, seeing a slight light and reaching towards it. A wide grin on the other girl's face as they make eye contact. "Well, well, well; look who finally showed up." Reset's voice laced with enough snark to fuel a truck as Chloe winced.
Suddenly it seemed like a bad idea to talk about her new album, especially with how tired she looked. Chloe couldn't stop her brain from malfunctioning though, Reset looked... tired, tired but pretty. She was in a familiar hoodie that made her eyebrow raise, the other woman not even attempting to look sheepish instead just shrugging.
Continuing to stare into the blue-haired girl's eyes as she tried to get her brain to reboot, too stuck up on the sight of the woman before her. Dark eyebags, an oversized hoodie, and a smile on her face that showed she was going to have hell to pay for not calling sooner.

The woman was wearing an easy grin on her face that matched the others in the store, pocketing the keys without much thought, "you have a deal."
