Techno climbs up trees, climbs up the tallest building in the city, climbs up the moon tower that casts its silvery light over the whole town, and still, he cannot touch the stars.
Phil really should have known, after that. Known there was something wrong with Techno. But he never caught on, and whether that was deliberate or ignorance has never been any of Techno’s business.
He probably regrets it now, Techno thinks, blowing smoke off the top of his pistol and shoving it into his holster. He should have sent Techno down the river when he was still a little one- when he couldn’t fight back.
Technoblade may never get his lasso around the stars. But God will be damned if he ain't gonna get it around Texas.

Summary
Lup was a lot of things. She was a kickass chef and a pretty decent wizard. She used to run an excellent cooking show with her twin brother, and due to recent circumstances said show was currently on a short hiatus as they were caught up running from Death itself. So she had a lot on her plate, way too much to even think about having a relationship.
She didn't have time to think about the wedding ring hanging on a silver chain around her neck.
Barry Bluejeans wasn't a lot of things. He wasn't outgoing, spending most days either in his small apartment or working at Neverwinter University. He wasn't that good with people or kids, but that unfortunately wasn't stopping him from trying his best to manage the boy detective that wouldn't take no for an answer. Most importantly though, he also wasn't married.
The wedding ring wrapped neatly around his finger begged to differ though, and he wasn't going to stop until he figured out what it all meant.

What if Lup had taken Angus her son with her when she went to Wave Echo Cave? What if trying to get off the ship with Baby Angus had woken Taako up and he'd gone with her? What if she didn't die at Wave Echo Cave and so travelled with Taako until Glamour Springs? What if she was a Lich when Taako began to work for the Bureau of Balance?
Mostly snippets from the years between Lucretia feeding the info to Fisher until Tres Horny Boys join the BoB, but once they get started Lup is gonna wreak havoc and Lucretia is going to wish she'd never started this whole mess. Because Lup isn't going to wait around unlike Barry.
