    Hey, Future Me? Reread this. It’s really good.

    I got attached to the characters way faster than I expected. Having the game elements be tied into the worldbuilding elements so cleanly made me so genuinely happy. The relationships are sweet as sugar, and I genuinely empathized with just about everything.

    This is very well written, and will be read again in the future. Extra Kudos! <3

    Wonderful. Lovely read, lovely interactions, lovely characterizations.
    They actually communicate and it doesn’t solve basically all of their family problems, but it does resolve some of it. Shit still sucks but like. They’re not trying to kill each other. Incredible. Shocking what actually talking to each other can do!!!! Boys!!!!!!!!!!
    I like how it doesn’t shy away from making everyone, including Vergil, acknowledge the wrongs that Vergil did- a lot of fics seem to gloss over it, or at least only mention it once or twice and then go straight to the angst and brotherly bonding. A very refreshing fic, despite the tags.
    Also appreciate that things never tend to stay down for long, it’s a surprisingly hopeful work even with the threat of Mundus constantly in the background. It would have been so easy to speedrun the fic or make unnecessary angst by having Mundus or demons show up at the exact wrong time or really just something going wrong in general, but it just doesn’t really. Happen? It feels like it’s going to have a good ending is what I’m trying to say. Which is usually par for the course with a fix-it fic, but nonetheless.
    A good read. Patty my shayla, Trish my beloved please quit your job and join my emo band, give Lady the world, Vergil needs a glucose candy, Dante needs another hug, all hail Pizza, Shadito Gatito, and Dark Lord Skullshatterer Bringer of Nightmares. Amen.
