“Tsushima Shuuji,” Chuuya reads out loud. “A bright, optimistic young man with a pep in his step and a zest for life. Hang on–is this referring to you?”
“Unfortunately,” Dazai laments, sighing dramatically. “You just got away with ‘science nerd’ and ‘soccer player,’ but I’m supposed to be an artist! I hate art! It’s useless!”
“Shut the fuck up. That’s not the problem here. You? A ‘zest for life?’ Looking forward to each new morning? Hah! Rimbaud would sooner come back to life.”
Dazai turns to Chuuya with the barest facsimile of a smile painted over his lips.
“I,” he says sweetly, “am going to gut you open like a fish.”
Dazai and Chuuya are seasoned mafiosos at the ripe old age of almost-seventeen. They’ve fought gang wars, interrogated prisoners, and done all manner of unspeakable things. Now, they face their greatest challenge yet: going (undercover) to a real high school. With regular teens (who may or may not be desperately trying to get them to kiss).

Summary
Chuuya Nakahara is yearning for a dumbass and Dazai Osamu is overanalyzing Chuuya's romance cues to psychological oblivion, his conclusion? Chuuya is trying to assassinate him.
Dazai's delusion is then fed into by Ranpo, who is later coerced into helping Chuuya fix everything, NOT because he wants to but because he's being blackmailed by a little somebody [who isn't Chuuya].
Dazai POV first half, Chuuya POV second half. [Then messy POV shifts]
Character dynamics that look random but forcefully held together by the cosmic forces of this shitpost
Dazai has long ass internal monologues analyzing Chuuya's motives, he then proceeds to do the stupidest shit in response to the problems he hallucinated, for example: him diving headfirst out of a window.

"What Dazai is generously summarizing," Mori said smoothly, "is that your role is to establish yourself within the League of Villains as a dealer. Introduce the bullet into their network." He paused "Once the heroes become aware of a quirk-suppression weapon, they'll want the source."
"Which is me," Dazai said, from where he'd gone back to examining the ceiling. "And once they want the source badly enough, they stop trying to hunt me and start trying to recruit me. And then —" he spread one hand, "— I'm inside UA, exactly where I need to be."

Regarding how hard it is to get into UA, Dazai’s blood is introduced into the market in a form of a bullet that erases quirks momentarily, in hopes it grabs at the hero’s attention (it does)
