Summary
A year had passed since the defeat of It, and Richie was not doing so well. From constantly drinking, losing his job, and having sex with any man that resembled Eddie. His life was utter shit.
On his way back from visiting Eddie's grave, Richie comes across a bloodied, beaten runaway boy in Hawkins, Indiana. He takes the boy back home with him in hopes of finding him a good home since it was apparent he didn't come from one. But the question still remains. Why does this kid look like him?
Mike Wheeler was living his best life at the moment. The mind flayer was gone, El was going to public school with them, and Will and El were his partners! Everything was great.
Until it wasn't.
His parents had found out about their relationship and tried to ban them from ever seeing each other. He wasn't about to let that happen; he couldn't! He just didn't expect his parents to get so abusive.So, not wanting to be a bother to anyone, he ran away. He was not expecting to run into some old guy who was LOADED.
Or, in other words, Richie Fucking Tozier. That stupid comedian Dustin was obsessed with.

Billy Hargrove hit Mike just a little bit harder, Max woke up just a little bit later and Mike Wheeler had always had shitty luck. He gets drugged, hauled to Russia and jabbed with so many needles that he doesn’t know where he began and the needles ended.
But it’s not so bad (He’s lying, it fucking sucks) at least he has the boy in the bed next to his, and relatively regular mealtimes and- Yeah, he's having trouble coming up with anything positive.
He just wants to go home, but the doctor and this strange new thing in his chest aren’t going to let him. That’s fine, he’ll just have to get himself out.

TLDR: Mike Wheeler gets taken to Russia, gets powers and has to figure out how to get himself the hell out of there without killing himself or getting killed first.

Psychics still exist, but they often hide their abilities by posing as quirk users to avoid drawing attention to themselves. One such psychic is Kusuo Saiki. He was born with a range of psychic abilities, making him the most powerful man on earth. Kusuo has the power to read minds, teleport, move objects with his mind, and many other abilities. However, he doesn't want to be so powerful. All he desires is a normal, peaceful life.
What if he come to a realization and finally chooses to become a hero?

Or: What if Chishiya was the one to press the button with Arisu during the game of tag, and as a result, was the one to find him after the deaths of Karube and Chota? Alice in Borderland but Chishiya and Usagi switch roles because why not.
