Summary
All For One doesn't have "many friends" in this fic, since Aoyama's parents eventually accepted the fact that their child didn't have powers, and the initial UA traitor got to live a much happier life as a quirkless child, who thankfully grew up in a good environment and never had to go through the hardships of his cannon self or Midoriya, who's peers weren't so understanding.
However, Aoyama getting a happy ending leads to the plot going into a different direction, and since in this au Tomura Shigaraki is the same age as a first year student of UA would be, at least he's turning fifteen soon so he isn't far off, All For One decides to let his apprentice become a spy, figuring that he's far too old and too full of hatred to be influenced by the heroes anyway. It's too late for that.
So there he is, Tomura Shigaraki, someone who wants to destroy the hero society. On his way to pass an entrance exam of a school that raises heroes, or as Tomura would put it - child warriors.
