Dipper Pines has an itch, an itch no one can scratch, a thirst no one can quench, a desire no one can soothe, not even his wife. He desires the one person he can't have.
Mabel Pines, on the other hand, has issues she refuses to deal with once and for all, in healthy normal ways but which she'd just rather cope with.
Perhaps they both could make the best of what they have together.
