Summary
Hyunjin tries to stand up when he wakes up.
It’s one of the first thing he does. He opens his eyes and tries to stand up. His upper body follows his movement, but his legs refuse to. He slams on the floor in a loud thud.
“Hyunjin?!” Chan storms in his room in panic. “Are you okay?"
Hyunjin tries to nod.
Forgetting hurts more than the first time his mom saw him on a wheelchair. It hurts more than Minho’s sobs in the hospital’s hallway. More than the comments and the articles.
Forgetting forces him to relieve that moment, when he realized that he couldn’t feel his legs anymore.
