Summary

Summary

Summary
There's a strange rash of extreme, temporary hysteria in people living around the Ice Cap mountain range. Bouts of severe depression, or mania, or aggression. The Restoration expects the answers will be in a formerly active Eggman base, and sends the Diamond Cutters to investigate.
After the dynamo cage gave out on her, Surge never fully recovered. Kit has done his best to help, but the consequences are beyond him. The best chance they have for an immediate solution is hidden in the mess Starline left behind.
Working together might get both groups the answers they need, with some chances to examine what matters and what they believe in along the way.

Summary
Tangle the lemur, the sheriff of Corkscrew Creek encounters Whisper the wolf, the only surviving member of famed vigilante group Diamond cutters, who is also wanted for their murders. However, Tangle suspects something is off about the situation, and ends up teaming up with the suspected traitor to uncover the truth. While all of this is going on, Tangle and Whisper's partnership blooms into something deeper.
