He understood that every soulmark is unique and he could have something as generic as 'hello', which would make it almost impossible to correctly identify his soulmate, but come-the-fuck-on fate, his soulmark was a joke.
And the words that were on his skin since the day he was born, the phrase that everyone in his family feared, the tattoo that he hated with his entire heart was: "Any last words, princess?". His soulmate provided him with the simple fact: there will be at least one assassination attempt directed at him and, to make it even more exciting, no one knows if it will be successful or not."

Steve is sure that his soulmate will try to kill him, but he stops worrying about it when he meets future Queen of Romania and her devastatingly handsome brother.
