Lambo arrived loud and unexpected as thunder and went away quite and fast as lightning leaving a gapping, smoldering hole in the hearths of the Vongola Tenth Generation where their youngest member used to be.
They didn’t even notice they were making the exact same mistake as their predecessors did. They drove away their youngest member in almost the exact same way the arcobaleno did with cutting words, disdaining looks and violence never bothering to look beyond their raucous actions and arrogant demeanor.
Some would wonder why they never questioned how someone who had been trained to be a hitman by his Familiga from the tender age of two would be so loud and obnoxious instead of quiet and calculating but somehow these obvious questions seemed to fly above their heads, some would blame it on most of them coming from civilian backgrounds but in the end it led to the same result all the same.

She ends up in a seedy part of the city she’s never been to. She’s glad because anywhere else she’d of been stopped by now, looking the way she does and carrying a baby. But people know to mind their own business here. She’s only seen a couple of people who look almost as rough as her, she supposes this is the type of place that’s busier at night.
Finally, she finds what she’s been looking for. She doesn’t finish reading the sign on the building before she’s already placed the abnormally small baby on the stair and left. Belatedly as she walks away she wonders if she ever should’ve told Tony Stark he’s a father.

Natasha is scary as hell. She is also hot as hell.
She watches as she stretches languishly and walks from the room with Maria."I'd be a switch hitter just to bat on her team."
She honestly just wanted to see everyone's reactions. She knows the spies are always supposed to be paying attention to everything around them. (This is going to get back to Natasha, but she'll either take it with grace or actually take Darcy up on it... either way it's a win.) But everyone was kind of stuck in their own little worlds. She just wasn't exactly prepared for what happens next.
Barton chokes on his coffee, spitting it everywhere. Tony nearly impales himself on his fork as he laughs. Bruce makes a keening sound like he's dying (either from TMI or from Barton getting spit-coffee on his journal). Thor's laugh booms across the room as Darcy watches Natasha walk away through the clear glass that encases the room. Steve, who had been sitting there quietly, seems to finally understand what Darcy was implying. His cheeks are a dusty pink as he pushes his chair away from the table loudly and walks out of the room.

"Darcy." She offered her hand and he shook it.
"I'm catsitting. I don't think you have my number.
If you gimme your phone, I can fix that."
"As the lady requests." Sam took his phone from his pocket and handed it to Darcy. She plopped down on the couch and patted the seat next to her.
"Thought the lady had a boyfriend," Bucky said.
He sniffed the cuff of his sleeve.
Sam joined Darcy on the couch.
"I'm moving to the city. I want to meet new people," Darcy protested.
"You keep staring at his arms," Bucky gave her a sly smile.
Darcy heaved a sigh. "You are the worst wingman ever," she told Bucky.
Sam leaned back and laid an arm along the back of the couch. "I used to wonder," he said to Darcy,
"how a good-looking guy like Steve Rogers stayed so single for so long." He looked over at Bucky.
"I'm starting to get the picture."------------------------------------------
"I'm not looking at you like anything," Steve said.
He took his bag and shield into the bedroom. He returned a few minutes later with a bundle of fabric in his hands. "The shower curtain has a picture of me on it."
"Yep," Darcy said. "It's retro. Very in."
"There's stars and stripes pillows on my bed,"
Steve said.
"Who can't use more pillows?" Bucky asked.
"The towels have red, white and blue stripes."
"He picked them out." Darcy jerked her thumb at Bucky.
Bucky lifted his hands. "She gave me two options and I said I didn't think 'Captain America' would want to dry his rear end with the American flag."
"You can say 'ass'," Darcy told him.
"Can," Bucky said. "Don't wanna."
