Summary

However, the year gets off to a strange start when he finds a talking cat who begins training him to explore a mysterious world. He soon finds the world forcing his hand and becomes the founding member of the notorious Phantom Mafia.
An accompanying story to The Lyre of Inaba, but functions just fine as a stand alone.
