Summary
Izuku knows there's something off about Tomura Shigaraki. He wasn't certain about what it was at first, but after the incident at the mall he has a theory and he's going to need Todoroki's help if he's going to set things right.
Basically Izuku thinks that Shigaraki is being controlled and manipulated against his will to make him pure evil when he actually doesn't mean to do any harm. He and Todoroki aim to see if he's right, even if it might get them killed, or worse, expelled.
