Both of them returned in the end. Rationally, he’s aware of that. Even so, it feels like one of them can vanish like that at any given time now.
“I’ll be fine, Don. I’m the, uh, almighty leader in blue,” Leo so makes up on the spot with a flex of his arm, even though his biceps can’t be seen through the hoodie he’s wearing. “And you should go nappy-nap. It’s 3 a.m., man.” With a kiss blown to Donnie, Leo takes his leave through the subway gates leading to the sewers.
Donnie sighs.
It’s always embellished theatrics with him.
He wonders who the performance is really for.
It’s been two months since the Krang invasion and while everything seems to be getting back to normal, a new plight is rising that will threaten both New York and the Hidden City. Despite that the turtles are now needed more than ever, an unbalanced team with a leader still unsure of how to play his role might bring more harm than good.

Summary
Adrien can sense something’s off. Like a crucial piece is missing of the puzzle that is his life and memories. But how can you mourn that which never was?
Marinette can tell something’s wrong. Like her heart wants to fill itself with love but decides to overflow with doubt. But how can you withhold fictional secrets when there are real ones she’s not ready to disclose?
They can keep wondering about the ‘what if’, but there’s no changing it anyway. After all, one cannot wish for a new reality without expecting to deal with the consequences. And they certainly wouldn’t want that.
(Basically my interpretation of the S5 finale and how S6 could go)

Summary
Adrien doesn't settle down, rather gaining pleasure from different people on different nights. There's one person that keeps coming back to him though, and while their time together is always wonderful, he knows that she wants more from him than he can give her - and it makes him feel guilty for abusing her feelings like that.
Until he realizes he might want more as well.
