Summary
A mostly-canon retelling of the Harry Potter series with 5 main premises:
1. Told in vignettes with an overarching story that I've already figured all of it out, similar in presentation to ohthewhomanity's "And You'll Have a Place In It" Ducktales series. If there are canon events I either gloss over or skip entirely ( once this series is finished), assume they stay the same as the books. Harry's duel with Voldemort in the graveyard is an example of this; I'm not covering that at all.
I'll reorder the series as I publish chapters so everything is in chronological order.
2. Ginny is just as important to the story as Harry, Ron, and Hermione. In other words, she's the fourth member of that friend group.
3. Harry and Ginny are in a romantic relationship from the early part of Prisoner of Azkaban onward. (I personally have a semi-separate canon of Hermione joining them after DH; but you can ignore that if you don’t care for it.)
4. The redemption of D.A. traitor Marietta Edgecombe.
5. The parallels between two generations are explored. Harry, Ron, Hermione, Ginny, Neville, and Luna are the new generation. James, Sirius, Lupin, Lily, Wormtail, and Snape are the old generation.

Summary
Phineas and Isabella are assigned the same song for their final project in their music appreciation class, and they have to work together to deliver a presentation based on it. They've been collaborating on projects together for their entire lives, so it should be easy, right?
Well. There's just one teeeeeeeeny problem. Their song is a love song.
This is a problem for Isabella because, despite her best efforts, she hasn't been able to let go of her feelings for Phineas.
And this is a problem for Phineas because he can barely be around Isabella without blushing and thinking about how wonderful she is.
Alas....the show must go on.
