Summary
You work in the largest aquarium in the state. You like your job, it's peaceful (when the visitors are gone anyway). The cool blues of the clear-walled tanks are mesmerizing in the dim-lit halls you quickly grow familiar with.
A new exhibit takes center-stage a little over a year after you started officially working for the aquarium. Some very lucky (very dead) biologist managed to capture one of the mysterious merfolk and an unprecedented opportunity presents itself. The chance to learn more about the elusive and violent species is one too good for you to pass up.
But... you might have bitten off more than you can chew.

You just liked to enjoy your special interests, make passing chats with the people that were tolerable, and hang out with your best buddy TK after school by playing horribly violent video games.
