Summary
One minute Shuri is appointed as Wakanda's first Ambassador to Talokan. The next minute, she's waking up after a particularly nasty accident to find that she has no recollection of the last 17 years. In that time, she married the god-king of Talokan who killed her mother, had 4 children with him and lived a supposedly blissful married life. How is she supposed to move forward when she can't remember how she got to the present? Between the sinister forces at play, threats to harm her children and trying to recover her lost memories, Shuri has her hands full. But worse still, is having to learn to live with a husband that she'd hated, since she could remember.

Summary
Charlie Weasley owns and runs a dragon reserve. In order to meet the dragon healer specialty requirements, Padma Patil interns at his reserve and has been doing so for the last 6 months. Her internship though is now about to end and after a particularly horrible day, she goes to the reseve to see her favourite dragon and runs into Charlie who is working the weekend shift alone. Emotions run high and soon the two get a lot more than they bargained for.
"It's just sex Charlie, no strings attached. Nothing more. That's all I want, don't overthink it", she said, looking up at him. Just for tonight, he wanted to hold her in his arms and feel something he never had before. Just for tonight. But would it be enough? a voice at the back of his head asked. In his heart of hearts he knew the answer. No, it wouldn't be enough. Now that he had a taste of her, of this, it would most definitely never be enough.

The woman ties the end of Namor’s clothes to Shuri’s, then prays. Or, Shuri thinks it’s praying, except that the woman’s head bends towards Namor. It’s like if I got married to Bast, Shuri realizes, and it’s a miracle she doesn’t burst into laughter right then and there, at her own wedding, thirty-thousand feet under the sea.

Summary

Summary
A memory of flames licking at the pillars of the throne room on the ancestral plane, N’Jadaka’s mouth curled in a mocking sneer, filled Shuri’s memory. Fire and earth. “You were happy to die at my hands,” she echoed, the skin on her arms pebbling as a shiver ran through her.
“Yes. But I only wished for one thing, and I had not gotten it before my death. So I was glad you showed mercy in the end.”
“And what did you wish for?” Shuri asked, advancing on him from the bed. “Your people swimming up the river to break Wakanda’s borders? An empire of blood against all other nations in the world?”
“I wished,” said Namor very quietly, watching her and not moving, “to hear you say my name.”

Shuri, who has given up the throne of Wakanda, has a lot of time to think in Haiti about the future of Wakanda. Fortunately, someone else is more than happy to offer some assistance, but when new developments arise, she and Namor of Talokan must forge a tentative alliance while navigating a more treacherous sea than either of them expected.
