He remembers when Izuku's quirk had first manifested, how he had burst into Auntie Inko's apartment sobbing, dragging her out to see her four-year-old son crouched over the body of the neighbor's dog, ripping chunks of bloody flesh from a gaping hole in the side of its corpse and shoving them into his mouth. Blood streamed down his chin, fingers elongated, topped with razor-sharp claws. His once forest-green eyes were pitch-black with a ring of red, his irises the same color as Katsuki's. Izuku's mouth was full of rows of razor-sharp teeth that seemed to take up more space than could possibly fit in the mouth of a child, teeth meant to tear and rip and kill and on that day Katsuki learned that terrifying could also mean beautiful.
Midoriya Izuku was born with his father's quirk, a mutation quirk called Ghoul that gives him monstrous and incredibly powerful abilities, at the cost of only being able to survive off of human flesh. Bakugou Katsuki thinks that's kinda hot.Bookmarked by Shineei

The morning had been so awkward he hadn’t really given it much thought, but looking at him now he couldn’t deny that the man was handsome. One year into Ground Zero and Deku's infamous split, a hasty agreement to take care of his former partner after an incident puts Katsuki into a really shitty situation: watch over Izuku, who's forgotten the break up entirely, and try not to let leftover feelings dig him into a hole he can't climb out of.

When Izuku found his room again, he could hear music behind the door- loud, with lots of screaming and guitars. His heart sunk a little, but he tried not to pass judgement too quickly. The guy inside was alone right now, after all. He’d probably use headphones once he met his new roommate, right? Izuku took a deep breath and twisted the doorknob, pushing it open as casually as he could to hide his nerves. He thought about the greeting he'd rehearsed in the mirror earlier today.
“Hey! I didn’t see you here earlier! It's nice to meet you, I’m--” Izuku froze in the doorway, the other man in the room mirroring him. He was holding up a sweater, clearly in the middle of putting it on a hanger when Izuku had barged in. Izuku had been preparing for a lot of possibilities behind the door, but this was not on his list.
Blond, spiky hair, and eyes like fire with a temperament to match. Katsuki Bakugou, undoubtedly.
