Summary
“Five hundred years of animosity isn’t something I can just forget,” Eris said quietly. “I know I’m not blameless, but I want more than this—more than bitterness and resentment. I want someone who knows how to be kind to me, who feels no shame in being with me, who has no desire to hide me or hurt me. By the Mother, I just want to be happy.”
Azriel’s gaze was almost unreadable, but Eris had come to know him well enough to catch the glimmer of despair hidden there, the faint crack in his careful mask. "I’ve spent my eintire life searching for you," he said, voice raw.
Eris’s eyes hardened. “And that was your mistake, Azriel. Not mine.”
Or: To the fae, nothing was more sacred—or more joyous—than a mate. At least, that was how it was meant to be.

Summary
Right as Rhaenyra was about to give up and flee her tour two months early without a suitor, she met Rickon Stark, the young future Lord of Winterfell. Perhaps she was putting too much stock in a prophecy that could've been decades, even centuries, away from being fulfilled. Still...
From my blood come the prince that was promised, and his will be the song of ice and fire.
Ice and fire.
On the surface, Rickon could've perhaps been called boring if she was being ungenerous. But where she was fire, he was ice; it was clear beneath those cold eyes laid a very sharp edge. It shouldn't have been intriguing, but it was.

Summary
Viserys always let himself be led. And when having Dreams, it was a simple matter of following them as well. Dreams foretold the Doom. Dreams showed him a son. Dreams warned him of the dangers his daughter faced.
But he was not the only one to have them. The difference is that Rhaenyra understood the Dreams for the warnings they were.
As King Viserys debated with himself to name Aegon II, the first son with his second wife, as his heir, he believed that he was saving his daughter. As Rhaenyra watched, she knew it was the realm that would pay the price.

Condemned by her grandfather, King Viserys, to marry her uncle after a life-altering incident, Lucaera Velaryon gazed upon her future as if it were already lost.
The King’s decree loomed over them like an unsheathed sword, Lucaera’s fate seemingly sealed. Yet she resolved otherwise.

There's something off about the new Medical Examiner for the Gotham City Police Department.
Danny Fenton, now working for the G.C.P.D. is good at his job. Very good. His reports are always done promptly and accurately. Scarily accurate. His "unofficial reports" even more so, listing details the medical examiner shouldn't know. He's an oddity, and oddities in Gotham attract Bats.

Summary
In which Ned Stark takes one look at the stranger’s unnatural beauty, silver hair and queer eyes and comes to the logical conclusion that the Old Gods have saddled him with yet another Targaryen. Tobirama, on the other hand, can’t quite bring himself to resent being surrounded by tall, kooky Northerners who claim the wolf as their sigil. Senju are all well and good, but Tobirama’s mother was a Hatake. Yes, this second go at it is all sorts of relaxing, even if his hosts seem impossibly soft and naive for—any life, really, much less such an overtly political one.

He has no dragon, no army, no family, and no throne. Only a bastard girl by the name of Alayne Stone and a dragondream to guide him.
