Summary
When Kacchan's parents ask Izuku to spend the first few nights out of the hospital with him, Izuku takes on the job of caring for Kacchan. For some reason, everyone keeps asking him if he's okay, and Kacchan grows irritated with him being "a self-sacrificing little shit." Which makes no sense. Izuku is perfectly fine and capable of nursing Kacchan back to health.
At this rate, Izuku is going to give Katsuki another heart condition.

Dabi chokes on a groan, arms wrapping around Aizawa’s back, fingers dragging down his skin. Aizawa’s words are dragging him deeper into the spiral he’s fought against his whole life. Aizawa’s hand slides to Dabi’s throat, not choking him, just holding him there, forcing his head back so their eyes meet again. Dabi shudders, a moan breaking free as Aizawa’s hips grind down harder inside of him.
“Shut up,” Dabi spits, though it sounds more like a plea than a command. His voice cracks when Aizawa thrusts harder, deliberately unrelenting. “Shut the fuck up, don’t ta-”
The slap is sharp and unexpected and Dabi stares up at Aizawa in surprise. That wasn’t in the script. “Tell me how much you like it.”
