Des del primer moment la seva relació s'havia construït a base d'amenaces i insults, acusacions i fulles esmolades. Per a qualsevol, era obvi que eren massa differents per entendre's: un rei i un pescador, un home que havia nascut amb tot a l'abast i un altre que havia nascut sense res.
Era obvi que no es podrien suportar i, tot i així, havien acabat així, en plàcida companyia en mig del mar.
