Summary
When Harry Potter collides with a Hogwarts wall while fleeing a bully, he doesn’t wake up in the hospital wing he knows.
He wakes up in 1942.
Fourteen years old and far from home, Harry finds himself sorted into Slytherin—into the same House as Tom Riddle, the boy who will one day become Voldemort.
Harry knows how this story is supposed to end.
The problem is: Tom Riddle doesn’t look like a monster yet.

Summary
At only 27 years old, Harry Potter is now the world foremost expert on all things magical healing. A certified Healer, Mediwizard, and Potioneer from almost every wizarding community in the world.
He finds himself transported to a magicless world, where he's just trying to lay low and survive until he finds a way home.
One day outside his shady-ass temporary townhouse he finds a bleeding out thug. Unable to go against his oath as a healer Harry saves him. Surprised when the thug leaves him generous tip. Harry takes it gratefully thinking that would be the end of it.
That is until another comes and another and soon Harry is a well-known 'no-questions asked' doctor for the local mobs and gangs. Not his intention but hey it was paying rent. The unspoken hands-off policy on him by all local gangs was nice to. It was a good set up while he looked for a way home.
That is until he heals renowned mob boss Tom Riddle not knowing just what position he's in his organization.
Or
Mob Boss Tom Riddle is finding himself more and more smitten with this underworld doctor of his.
He thinks he'll keep him.

Harry thought it was going to be just another summer with the Dursleys, dealing with the lazy, entitled sods. He was supposed to be on a grocery run, by himself, because their legs don't seem to work, and Vernon's car may just be done with him. so why is he now dealing with unicorns, phoenix's, hippogriffs and baslilsk all running into Surrey.
