A wide smile appears on Andrea’s lips. “I don’t want to over-complicate it. I was thinking of two alpha lovers, arguing because one doesn’t want their relationship to go public, but the other does. They get riled up, and then they sleep together. What does everyone think?”
“I think that would be hot,” Lena mutters under her breath. A blush forms at her cheeks while her eyes navigate between Kara and Sam, and her scent becomes more noticeable in the room. Kara knows her mate’s creative mind is probably imagining other scenarios, all naughtier than the previous.

Kara and Sam agree to shoot an alpha/alpha scene together. Lena shares her fantasies and Kara is determined to bring them to life.

She was never adopted by the Danvers and spent her time in foster care as a youth until her 18th birthday. She used her ability and knowledge of science to create El Entreprise and became really successful. She is now 35 years old, the CEO of the top tech company in the world. She still has her power but never became Supergirl.
Lena joined is 25 years old and holds two PhD, one in computer science and one is bioengineering and works for Luthor Corp as their head of research. Her life so far has revolved around LuthorCorp and her research, leaving her empty handed when her father dies, her brother is disgraced and her company is bought by El Entreprise.
Their paths cross after Lena’s father’s passing and Lex’s troubles with the law, changing their lives forever.
Will Kara let herself be loved again after her less than pleasant first experiences? Will Lena’s late sexual awakening be enough to keep them together ?

Lena suppressed the laughter that was about to escape her lips.
"You should know, it's too obvious," she said.
"Flash?" she asked.
"Are you serious?" she scoffed. "You just want to hear me say it out loud, don't you?" She saw a small smile on the face of Supergirl. "It's Supergirl, she's my favorite superhero," she whispered.

Following the 100th episode of Supergirl, Metallo Lena crosses universes and ends up at LuthorCorp, set on getting her revenge on Supergirl. Kara not only has to deal with someone trying to kill her again, she also has to explain to her best friend why and how her carbon-copy is walking around LuthorCorp, and has to keep her sister from actually killing the Other Lena.
And why is it easier to talk to the Other Lena who wants to kill her than it is to talk to her actual best friend?

Evil Lena ends up in National City and Kara can't seem to stay away from her. Her Lena isn't too pleased.

Summary
It seemed like an entire lifetime had passed since Alex and Kelly exchanged vows. The DEO also felt like a lifetime ago, and Alex had no interest in dwelling in the past. That's all it was, after all, the past. A reminder of someone she once was and would never be again. Everyone else had found something to do, but she couldn't brush aside the feeling of obsolescence. For the first few years, Alex was more than content to be home with her wife and adopted daughter. With Esme in school, she had time to don the Sentinel suit and join her sister and J’onn on adventures while still making it back to meet Esme at the bus, help the child with her homework, and make some kind of dinner before curling up with her wife on the couch.
For a time, that was enough. More than enough, if Alex was being truthful. It was bliss. Alex wasn’t sure what had changed. She didn't know when it had suddenly not been enough.
Maybe it was the first phone call from Lucy. Maybe it was the first time Kara had told her to stay home with Kelly and Esme instead of joining her and J’onn in a fight against a pair of angry Brevvaks. Or maybe it was the first time Kelly left for work, kissed her on the cheek, and called her a “great housewife.”

The material of the suit feels sleek beneath her hands. It's a very real difference this time around and this simulation of Kara feels more present, more solid. “The world was ending,” She punctuates the word with fingers clenching tight against Kara’s arms, ignoring the visible strength in those prominent suit clad biceps as she hisses the rest of her words at her. “and you abandoned me.”

Summary
Lena lets out a careful breath and says, “James and I have decided to end our— association.”
What a perfectly weird and roundabout way to describe the end of a romantic relationship, Kara thinks. “Oh?” she says, aptly demonstrating her own comparative lack of eloquence.
It earns her one of Lena’s crinkly smiles at least, affection clear on her best friend’s face. “Should I feel offended that you don’t seem all that surprised?” she flusters.
“No,” Kara says, “I am,” and she is, is the thing, she's actually stunned, but she’s something else, much more than that.
She’s elated.
“Bummer,” Kara says.

The creatures that were once somebody’s friends or family roamed the deserted and destroyed streets of National City at night. It had been about three months since the outbreak began. Within four days it had spread nationally and then internationally within seven. There was no telling how many survivors there were, in National City Kara was sure they’re small pack seemed to be the only survivors.

A post-apocalyptic world where Kara is a badass explorer and Lena is a misunderstood scientist trying to save the world from the very thing she created.
