Summary
When Rex nearly dies during the Invencible War, it’s a variant of the Invincible who saves him.
Not a hero. Not a kind person. A weird Viltrumite from another reality.
The variant is stranded on Earth, and over time, he begins to infiltrate Rex’s life… slowly, like a silent storm. He doesn’t understand humans. But he seems willing to try, as long as it’s with the one person who made his existence fall apart, the one person worth trying again for.
Not all worlds are created equal. But sometimes, you just need to belong to one.

Summary
Shapesmith was crossing the room when he passed Rex. He stopped suddenly, frozen for a second, before breaking into a wide smile and letting out a loud “oh!” of surprise. Without warning, he hugged him.
Rex blinked, confused.
“What the hell?” he asked, raising his eyebrows, his tone heavy with sarcasm.
Shapesmith released him just enough to look him in the eyes and replied cheerfully:
“Congratulations, buddy!”
Rex raised an eyebrow.
“Congratulations for what? It’s nobody’s birthday here.”
Some of the Guardians were already watching the scene, equally confused. Shapesmith, still grinning from ear to ear, but with a slight air of doubt in his eyes, replied:
“Well… for your pregnancy, of course!”

Summary
"These fries are great, Miss Debbie. Did you use paprika or some alien seasoning that makes me forget your husband's been giving me murderous looks for the last five minutes?"
Mark gave a choked cough.
Debbie kept her smile.
"Smoked paprika. And… thank you, Rex.""Seriously, delicious. You almost forget my hip still hurts for multiple reasons." He gave a suggestive look at Mark, who kicked his leg under the table.
"From the fight. Because I'm a hero, you know. Missions. Explosions. Not other things. I swear." -

Summary
In his world, Rex Splode was an idiot. Cocky, loud, reckless, arrogant, stupid, and always trying to prove he was more than he really was. He was a guy he killed with pleasure. Mark let him bleed until he choked on his own screams. And he felt satisfaction in every second.
But this Rex…
This one was different.
And the Mark of this universe… oh, the Invincible that Angstrom hated so much… he was lucky. He had this Rex. A boyfriend. A healthy relationship.Ah, the invincible of that world had been lucky...
But now, that luck had changed hands.
After all, Rex hadn't realized it yet.
That idiot really thought the guy he was talking to in that room was his Mark. The good boyfriend. The super nice one. The lovestruck idiot.
And if he hadn't realized the truth yet, Mark wouldn't be the one to tell him.

Summary
"I have a boyfriend."
Mark froze.
"Huh?"
Rex blinked slowly, still staring at his hand.
"Yeah," Rex said, completely serious, still staring at him as if he were a complete stranger. "I have a boyfriend." He paused dramatically. "And just so you know... he's super strong."
"...Oh."
"Yeah. And he's not 'gonna like it at all if he sees you running your hand over my chest like that, man."

There are infinite worlds, and in all of them, Mark has lost his Rex.
