Izuku Midoriya was supposed to be a medical impossibility. Born with Regeneris—a Singularity-Class Quirk granting absolute cellular immortality—his body became a permanent battleground against hyper-accelerated Stage 4 cancers.
When a mugging takes his mother's life at age seven, Izuku's mind fractures. Recruited into Department H, he becomes "Asset 9," a cold black-ops assassin with a 200 IQ. But when a black-market experimenter named Francis Freeman subjects him to weeks of asphyxiation torture in "The Box," Izuku undergoes the Chrysalis Event: emerging permanently scarred, insanely superhuman, and completely out of his mind.
Adopting the name Deadpool, Izuku tears through the underworld to exact revenge. But when he discovers his regenerative DNA has been uploaded to Dr. Kyudai Garaki to fuel the League of Villains' Nomu Project, Izuku realizes where he needs to go next.
Equipped with dual katanas, handguns, a charcoal tactical suit, and an endless barrage of fourth-wall-breaking monologues, Deadpool is joining Class 1-A.U.A. High School will never be the same.

Summary
Homecoming AU.
Ben and May divorced before Peter’s parents died, so when Ben is murdered Peter goes into foster care. It takes just a tiny taste of superpowers for Peter to decide he doesn’t want to put up with his horrible foster father anymore—the streets are infinitely more appealing. All he wants is to be Spider-Man anyway.
So he leaves.
Simple.
Simple, that is, until Iron Man needs Spider-Man’s help. Peter isn’t about to turn down an opportunity to fight alongside Tony Freaking Stark, but he also isn’t going to let his hero know that his recruit is a fifteen-year-old homeless dropout. So they strike a deal. Peter will help Tony. In return, the mask stays on.
And that’s when things get complicated.

Summary
What started as a 10-20 chapter outline has become over 200 chapters worth of content, and no one is surprised, haha!
This series starts out with the Asset escaping HYDRA's clutches in 2012 during the Chitauri attack on New York, includes his murder revenge tour against HYDRA across the country, his eventual capture and rehabilitation by the Avengers, and many adventures in therapy and recovery beyond that. Plus, Winterhawk (that's Clint/Bucky) slow burn that lasts hundreds of chapters as they circle each other and fall in love. Observe as villains die brutally on the page and civilians and bystanders occasionally become close friends of the cast and cast members themselves.
There's some HYDRA Trash Party tropes in here that can get pretty dark, but everything should be tagged appropriately per chapter in the end notes. And since it's a revenge tour + recovery journey, most of the HYDRA Trash Party stuff is either referenced only or is firmly in the past. We're moving forward (slowly) not backward, here. ^_^
