Summary
Teddy Lupin has been struggling since his parents separated and to be honest Remus isn't doing much better. So when his ex texts last minute to say she can't keep Teddy this week and she's dropping him off with Remus first thing in the morning, he is not prepared. He's out of one of the last thing he and his teenage son have in common, Orange Chocolate Aero bars. A late night run to the store initially leads to a breakdown, but there's a friendly store manager who might be able to turn Remus' night around.

"You need the extra set of hands, hyung," Changbin reasons. "And paws. Wolfie can't keep working such busy shifts, and you can't simply do everything yourself. You can't," he insists upon seeing Chan opening his mouth to argue.
Chan thinks about Wolfchan falling asleep on his back on the way home after closing, about his own body aching every day. The wave of customers has reduced slightly since, but they've yet to recover enough to attend to those that continue showing up— more than what they're prepared for, still. With an employee to help, he and Wolfchan could take actual breaks, maybe leave someone else to close while they do something fun.
"Fine," Chan says, staring at the CV on his screen. "I'll interview Kim Seungmin."
After popular fashion influencer I.N visits Howl In Harmony and shares it on social media, the workload becomes too heavy for a man and a wolf to deal with alone. Time to hire someone new!

Lee Minho was from the same sleepy little town as him, a year younger than him and had consequently started his journey as a Pokémon trainer a year after Chan. Instead of taking on gyms like Chan, Minho had become a Coordinator, participating in Pokémon Contests all around the world. They hadn’t seen each other in years until Minho and his Liepard suddenly started showing up in front of Chan’s trainer school last week, demanding they battle.

“But hear me out!” Felix scoots even closer to the edge of the seat, determined to prove his point. “You found me in the wild, offered me berries and then trapped me. Except, you didn’t shove me into a ball. You did shove me into a car, though, so there’s that.”
“I… I didn’t offer you berries,” the man points out.
“No, but do you have any? I’m kind of hungry, I’m not gonna lie.”

"Yo damn I knew you were lonely and adventurous but look at that you got yourself a feisty girl." Chan beams, noticing the scratches on Jisung's traps and arms.
"That or he got into a fight with a cat? What do you think is more likely?" Chan and Changbin look at one another, mirroring each other's evil grins.
"Girl, definitely. Jisung's always liked them wild." Chan exclaims while Jisung pretends he is one with the table and the conversation isn't about him until the two start talking about something else.
Or: Jisung rescues an injured cat from the side of the road only to discover it’s a shifter in a world where shifters have no rights and are treated as pets. Jisung decides to risk his comfortable life and make Minho human. Illegally that is.

“So,” Jihoon started. “Anything you want to share with me, Jungkook-ah?” he asked, his voice sounding suspiciously even.
“I... may have met my soulmates,” Jungkook hedged, looking anywhere but at his best friend.
“And?” Jihoon pressed, not taking his eyes off the dish in front of him.
“And they’re really nice?” Jungkook replied, feeling the heat extend further down his neck at the weak admission.
Jihoon glanced over at him and shot him an unimpressed look. “I was under the impression we didn’t like your soulmates,” he deadpanned, glancing down at the cheerful writing on Jungkook’s hand again.
Jungkook sighed and leaned fully against the counter, “Me too.”
OR
Jungkook thinks his soulmates don't want him. His soulmates wholeheartedly disagree with that assumption.
