Summary
Zorian Kazinski is the third son of a minor merchant house, yet everyone knows that's not quite right. I thought the ending was a little abrupt and didn't resolve enough of the character arcs, so I started imagining how things would develop for some of the more interesting minor characters. One thing led to another and now I've got this fic in my head.

Summary
Different circumstances cause Taylor to gain different powers and left her blinded in the aftermath. Now she must learn to be independent, both as a blind person in her civilian life and as an 'independent hero' in her cape life. As if that wasn't difficult enough, a cluster of new villains have appeared, with grab-bag powers that seem suspiciously correlated with her own.
