Summary
"Semi’s not sure how subtle the team is trying to be, but there must be some ungodly conspiracy pointed against him. It’s working in the sense that Semi is half aware that maybe this rivalry with Shirabu is a lot more troublesome than it seems, but really, that’s all he's getting."
Or
Second year Semi Eita faces the downward spiral that is his life following the arrival of some first year setter who's way too cocky for his own good.

Summary
There are three things Semi Eita regrets so far in his life. First, how he stopped playing the violin at twelve. Second, the one time he fought with Ushijima Wakatoshi so hard, Tendou Satori needed to drag him away after the first punch. Third, never kissing Shirabu Kenjirou when he had the chance.
Who knew it would only take the Indonesian sun to fix that one?

Summary
When music student Semi Eita and medical student Shirabu Kenjiro are placed in adjoining dorm rooms, they spend a year building a careful, cold coexistence around opposing personalities and thin walls. Semi is loud and lively, social and proud. Shirabu is precise, introverted, and allergic to anything impractical. They argue about yogurt, bathroom schedules, and the volume of Semi's guitar amp, and they learn to orbit each other without colliding. Everything changes on the night of Signal Flare's best show.

Summary
Semi Eita spent three years building himself into Shiratorizawa’s future starting setter.
Then Shirabu Kenjirō took the position instead.
It should have been easy to hate him. Easier, at least, if Shirabu had been arrogant about it. If he’d treated victory like something earned cleanly instead of something heavy enough to carry carefully. But Shirabu plays volleyball the way Shiratorizawa demands: controlled, precise, stable. The team wins more with him on the court.
Semi knows this.
That’s the problem.
As Nationals approaches, resentment twists into something far more dangerous. Long practices bleed into late-night conversations. Arguments become confessions without meaning to. Every match forces them closer together while neither is willing to admit how deeply the other has rooted himself beneath their skin.
Because volleyball has always been the only language either of them understood fluently.
And somewhere between competition, jealousy, exhaustion, and the unbearable pressure of being seen too clearly, Semi and Shirabu begin to realize there is a very thin line between understanding someone and loving them.

Put a physically and mentally heat-stressed Shirabu and Semi in the mixture with a dash of jealousy and pent up feelings of frustrations— this will, surely, be either a make or break for the two.
Featuring chaotic Shiratorizawa, soft Shirabu, and many tooth-rotting sweet moments between the two setters!
