Following the events of Replicant Ver 1.22's ending E, Nier finds himself in a world he no longer recognizes, discovered by the Automata of YoRHA 2B and 9S with vague memories of how he got there and feeling 'Reborn' in a sense. Being the First Human specimen that YoRHA has ever discovered, he is given high priority and considered by the Council of Humanity for Project: Restoration. A program to use him to the fullest of breeding potential, starting with retrofitting all of YoRHA into capable female humanoid Androids able to sire children once all is set and prepared.
